In 1980 SignTech also invented ‘Flexface’ a flexible reinforced vinyl film for sign faces, we not only had to knit the polyester fiber together but also make the first vinyl cast line to inbed the fabric.

This made the surface smooth to print on. This allowed sign faces to become large in size with no blowout’s as the Flexface was tentioned on the sign cabinet like a drum.
